Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns

At Rapid Research Products, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and to maintain the integrity of our products, all sales are final. Once shipped, we cannot accept returns on any items, as they cannot be restocked or reused.


Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue, the packaging, and the product label
  • Do not discard the product until we provide further instructions

Once approved, your replacement will be shipped promptly, and you will receive a tracking confirmation.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
  • An order is canceled prior to shipment
  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to regulatory or logistical constraints

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
